At this time we perform approximately 20 marrow transplants per year and have performed more than 560 transplants since the program began. We perform autologous and allogeneic marrow, peripheral blood stem cell and umbilical cord blood transplants, and have experience using not only matched related donors but also matched and partially matched unrelated and mismatched related donors.

Our program is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy and is a Children’s Oncology Group autologous and allogeneic transplant center. We are associated with the National Marrow Donor Program and, as such, we are able to search their registry as well as international registries covering over 13 million volunteer unrelated marrow donors. The National Marrow Donor Program has recently added an umbilical cord database to their search system so in addition to marrow donors we have access to the cryopreserved cord blood units in over 28 cord blood banks.
