"Jarred is one of fraternal quadruplets – born November 6, 2004. Noelle, Jakob, Jarred and Rebeckah were born at 30 weeks gestation after the amazing care of Dr. Stephen Hunter and the entire OB/GYN department. They were admitted to University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital’s neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) Bays 1, 2, and 3 for the next 36, 36, 53, and 57 days under the watchful eyes of Dr. Jonathan Klein and Dr. John Dagle, who saved their lives. These amazing kiddos are now 14 years old, and we are grateful every day for all of the doctors and nurses who took care of all of us during the most trying times of our lives. 

We couldn't have asked for anything more. The doctors and nurses saved their lives. Without my amazing prenatal care and the phenomenal care of the NICU we wouldn't have the family that we do. 

We are all so blessed to have this so close to us."
